What HR and safety officers ask us

How does HRDC reimbursement work?
Our courses are BQA and HRDC accredited, which makes the training expenses reimbursable through HRDC. Your finance team submits the claim; we provide the accredited documentation you need. Ask us on WhatsApp and we'll walk you through it.
Can you train at our site or camp?
Yes — we train locally in Maun, at your premises, or in camp anywhere in Botswana. For in-camp training, accommodation, meals and transport to and from camp are arranged by the client; we bring everything else.
How long are certificates valid?
Certificates are valid for 2 years. We recommend booking refresher training before expiry so your team never has a compliance gap.
Can you handle large groups?
Yes. We scale qualified trainers to your group size, all trained to the same accredited standard — from a small office team to a full site workforce.
How much does first aid training cost in Botswana?
Accredited courses run from P1,486.80 to P1,989.60 per person (excl. VAT), depending on the course and duration — real prices are listed on every course card above. Training expenses are reimbursable through HRDC, and you'll have a written quotation the same working day.
What equipment do you train with?
CPR manikins, bag-valve-mask resuscitators, spineboards with head blocks and straps, bandaging and splinting kits, and fire extinguishers — the same equipment your team would use in a real emergency. You can see it in action in the photos above.
Do learners receive a certificate?
Yes — every learner who completes a course is assessed and receives an accredited certificate, valid for 2 years.
